Each player is permitted to hold one (1) mnlwin account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
3.1 Registration InformationYou must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
3.2 Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mnlwin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mnlwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify mnlwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)mnlwin may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All financial transactions on the mnlwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). mnlwin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or credit cards.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methodsmnlwin accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Prohibited: Credit card deposits and cryptocurrency transactions are strictly prohibited on the mnlwin Platform in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your mnlwin account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank. mnlwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. mnlwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. mnlwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

5.1 General Bonus ConditionsAny attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mnlwin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mnlwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mnlwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mnlwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mnlwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mnlwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your mnlwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
mnlwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In such cases, mnlwin may withhold funds pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

mnlwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
